Titanium tantalum ore is an important metal ore mainly used for the production of steel, titanium alloys, etc. The content of titanium tantalum ore is relatively low, and it is necessary to improve the grade through processes such as gravity separation. 1. Experimental raw materials

3、 Test steps
1. Screening
Sieve the titanium tantalum ore sample through a screening machine to obtain fine-grained samples below 3mm and coarse-grained samples between 3-10mm.
2. Reselection
Fine grade samples are subjected to gravity separation using a gravity separator to obtain high-grade titanium tantalum ore concentrate. The beneficiation principle of a gravity separator is to separate minerals based on their specific gravity differences.
3. Magnetic separation
The coarse-grained samples are magnetically separated by a magnetic separator to remove magnetic substances and obtain high-grade titanium tantalum ore concentrate.
4. Dehydration
Dehydrate the titanium tantalum ore concentrate through a dehydration screen to obtain a dry titanium tantalum ore concentrate.
4、 Test results
After processing by gravity separation, magnetic separation, dehydration and other processes, the grade of titanium tantalum ore has been improved. After chemical analysis, the titanium tantalum ore concentrate obtained from the experiment contains 30.5% titanium and 1.2% niobium.
